  • At YY Inspections, we will provide a comprehensive visual building and timber pest inspection of all accessible areas, including roof void and subfloor, to identify any structural issues and pest risks to help buyers and investors make confident, informed property decisions. We provide this service for both pre-purchase and pre-sale.

  • At YY Inspections we provide strata reports you can rely on. We produce easy-to-understand reports. We uncover hidden costs, legal risks, and future issues, giving you a clear picture of the owners corporation’s financial health, disputes, upcoming expenses, and more- so you can move forward with confidence and avoid unexpected surprises.

    Desktop Peer Review:

    If you already have an existing strata report on hand, we can provide a desktop peer review. This service breaks down the existing strata report into an easy-to-understand format.

  • Our standard fees start from:

    • $495 including GST for a Building and Timber Pest Inspection Report.

    • $385 including GST for a Strata Inspection Report or Desktop Peer Review.

    Typically up to five (5) business days from receiving your confirmation (subject to access by the agent and/or vendor).

    • Up to three (3) business days to schedule access and completed the inspection.

    • Up to two (2) business days to complete the report after the inspection.

    Additional rates may apply for expedited reporting.

  • We service all of the Sydney Metropolitan Area up to approximately Mount Druitt, Campbelltown, Hornsby and Mona Vale. We can also provide our service outside of these areas, however this may incur additional charges.
