Our standard fees start from:

• $495 including GST for a Building and Timber Pest Inspection Report.

• $385 including GST for a Strata Inspection Report or Desktop Peer Review.

Typically up to five (5) business days from receiving your confirmation (subject to access by the agent and/or vendor).

• Up to three (3) business days to schedule access and completed the inspection.

• Up to two (2) business days to complete the report after the inspection.

Additional rates may apply for expedited reporting.

1. Upon receiving the property address, contact details for access and confirmation of the Service(s) Agreement, we’ll organize an inspection time within 24-48 hours. We’ll keep you informed if there are any issues with scheduling the inspection.

2. We will attend the requested property address and visually observe any/all safe accessible areas of the property i.e. external and internal, roof voids (if accessible) and subfloor (if accessible).

3. We will document the observations (via photos), providing possible reasons for any defects, potential consequences, and general recommendations in the report.

4. We will generally turnaround the report within 24-48 hours from the date and time of the inspection for issue.

5. If you need the report expedited, this can be arranged upon request, additional charges may apply and is outlined in the Service(s) Agreement Additional Information and Rates that we will send to you.

The report is based on visual surface observations only, as being a live property, destructive/intrusive tests will not be able to be conducted e.g. creating openings in walls to check cavities for timber pests.

The findings and observations of the report can’t change however, we’re happy to chat further and may amend wording to specific observations.

If you’re concerned about the findings and observations in the report, we can chat to you further to explain the findings and the potential severity of it.

When you contact us we also send you a Service(s) Agreement that has more information.

It is not necessary, but if you would like to also attend the inspection when a time is scheduled and confirmed, you are more than welcome to attend. A second set of eyes is always welcome, and we can include anything that you may observe.
