Ivan Lim
Ivan is the Principal Inspector at YY Inspections. He has over 13 years of experience in the building and construction industry to provide invaluable experience and knowledge for the comfort of any and all clients.
With a vision for building something meaningful, he brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. He sets the tone for everything we do.
His aim is to approach and treat each and every property like his own. He understands that there is always a significant amount of uncertainty when deciding to purchase or sell a property and he will go above and beyond to ease these concerns by providing a detailed and unbiased quality report to inform clients about the present state of their property.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering
CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)
Contractor Licence (Builder) Licence No. 460073C
